CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling I completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the appointment to another client on my waitlist. A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward your total at checkout. Cancellations or reschedules made under 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee and the deposit being forfeited. No‑call/no‑shows are responsible for 50% of the scheduled service.
